I'm beginning to get quite annoyed with my current electricity suppliers [no names though], not only have they franchised out their call centre to some place far away, but they insist on "guestimating" my bill every quarter, even though it has never reflected the numbers on the meter.
But I just really can not be bothered going through the whole rigmarole of changing suppliers, talk about forms to fill out, never mind the possibility of giving away more personal information to yet another company.
I probably will end up doing nothing or just settling for the cheapest electricity supplier, who probably has the same agreement with the same call centre somewhere. Ahh, apathy, it is our apathy that keeps so many companies going.
If I wasn't so apathetic I would get up and start doing something about stuff.
